Let us help with some FAQs that other parents have asked about enrolment at SmileOn nursery…
A: Between 8.00am and 9.15am
A: Between 2.00pm and 2.15pm.
A: Between 2.15pm and 2.30pm.
A: Between 5.30pm and 6.00pm.
A: We would ask you to send a message on the Famly App. If it is an emergency please contact the Nursery Office.
A: Please add the new contact on the Famly App. Do ensure the new contact to bring proof of ID and knows the family password.
A: After 48 hours has passed since the last episode.
A: We ask that you send the Schools Office an email to hello@smileon.uk. All session requests must be made in writing.
A: Priority is given to children already in the nursery, then to siblings with a further priority given if a sibling is attending SmileOn. We can not guarantee places for siblings and Registrations are processed on a first come first serve basis. The school will contact parents by email if a place has become available.
A: We ask that you send the Nursery Office an email to hello@smileon.uk a term in advance. All session requests must be made in writing.
A: Yes but we do recommend that you register as early as possible. Sibling priority will only be given if the sibling has gone through to Transition. If you would like to register before you have had your baby, please write Baby where it asks for first name and the due date where it asks for date of birth. Please note that you must feel comfortable registering before the birth.
