All our teachers hold degrees in Early Years Education and are trained in Speech and Language Development, as well as Paediatric First Aid. We ensure that we have a sufficient number of permanent staff to care for your children at all times. For our youngest attendees, we have nurses trained in childcare. Additionally, we offer native-speaking teachers specializing in foreign languages, including French, Italian, and Chinese, enriching the educational experience for our children.

Love your child unconditionally—whether untalented, unlucky, or grown up. Find joy in every moment of conversation, for a child is a celebration that always remains within you.

Mrs Nellie

Founder

For more than 18 years, I have dedicated my life to nurturing and educating young children, beginning with the founding of my first bilingual nursery and later, an elementary school. My passion for early childhood development was deeply influenced by my mother, who devoted her entire career to working with children. Her guidance taught me some of the most important lessons I still carry today.

As a parent myself, I understand firsthand the importance of raising children. My personal journey raising my own son, who is now 25, along with the many children I’ve had the privilege of guiding over the years, has reinforced my belief that love is at the heart of everything. Love is the foundation upon which all successful upbringing and education are built.

Music has always been a central part of my life. I graduated from a music school and later a music academy, specialising in playing the flute and directing children’s performances. Knowing the profound impact that music can have on a child’s development, it’s no surprise that music plays a significant role at SmileOn. It is a priority in our nursery because I’ve seen firsthand how it enhances children’s learning and emotional growth.

In addition to my background in music, I hold a master’s degree in child psychology, which has given me the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best experts in the field. This knowledge has been invaluable in working with both children and parents, helping to support each child’s unique developmental needs. My experiences have taught me that raising and educating children is one of the most important responsibilities we have. Our future depends on the way we nurture the next generation, and I believe that, as parents and educators, we must lead with love, dedication, and care.

At SmileOn, we are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children feel supported and inspired every day. Our goal is to help them grow into confident, compassionate, and capable individuals, ready to shape a bright future for themselves and the world around them.

Mrs Kizzie – Leigh

Nursery Manager

I am a passionate Early Years practitioner with lots of experience. My passion for early childhood development stems from raising my children, who are now 24, 10, and 9. My children entering full-time education allowed me the time to focus on a career path that would be fulfilling and rewarding, and nothing is more rewarding than working with children in their early years and their families. I have enjoyed teaching children in an outdoor environment. I have also studied and implemented various learning approaches, including the Waldorf Steiner and Reggio Emilia approaches.

Every child is uniquely different and it has been a pleasure to play a key role in each child’s unique learning journey, boosting their confidence and independence through creating nurturing, engaging and interactive learning environments filled with the love and care I would seek for my own children.
